A Great Alternative for my Dorm Room

I'm really pleased with these strips for my college dorm room! Before, I used command strips, which worked absolutely amazing, but they're on the pricier side, especially since I don't really hang anything heavy. I bought these as a cheaper alternative, and they do a really good job at hanging the objects that I'd like to keep on my walls-- mirrors, small whiteboards, picture frames, my Google Home Mini, etc.

I do want to re-emphasize that these definitely do not feel as sturdy/high quality as command strips, but that was okay for me and my use cases for this. I can testify that it works well for what I need it for.

After I use all of these, I'm definitely going to be purchasing this product again.

The worst - do not buy these

I had to look through my purchases to ensure I wrote a bad review on these. Hung 4 little picture frames (just over 6 oz each) on the wall and the next morning 2 were laying on the ground. I was confused, so I cleaned the wall (I didn’t do it when I initially hung them) and used new ones. Pressed them hard, anllowed to sit without weight to cure, the whole deel. 3 of 4 fell down from 18-30 hrs after I hung them. Used a total of 8 new ones strips and only one is still holding. Threw the rest away and used some other ones. Mysteriously those held the first time. Straight garbage. Not only would I not recommended you buying these, but they should stop manufacturing them immediately. I used two of these on a picture frame that weighs 8 ounces and it fell in under 24 hours.

I was very pleased at first, these stick great! But when I decided to change placement of a picture and remove the tape, it took a huge chunk of the wall and paint off. It's too strong. Use nails.

First, I want to say that we have used Command Strips for years and have been very happy. However, we have one room that has solid oak veneer walls and the Command Strips, though they work for a while, eventually release causing the pictures, none of which are heavy, to fall. So, we purchased these as a test.

Should the same thing happen as with the Command Strips I will update this review. So far these are working well and the adhesive seems to be a little better, not to mention the price.
