I like these lights a lot. I like that they are solar and that they come with a remote control. You can have them bright or dim and you can control the number of hours that they are on. I initially had a problem where the panel did not seem to be holding a charge. I contacted the company and they were so very helpful. They immediately replaced the product and the second set of string lights works perfectly. I'm very pleased with this product and I can't say enough about the excellent customer service.

My only complaint is they come on if you want them or not but not a big deal. (On off switch on. Solar panel which is on roof so not dealing with that) We have them on a 12x10 and we zigzagged across and it has plenty of light for awesome evening night parties or just chilling at night. The Solar charges fine I put on my roof and never had power issues since installed. We hit a week of cloudy low sun days and I still used 2plus hours per night..

We put these on our deck. They provide a good amount of light and look great. Easy to hang. Not sure of how long the light lasts as we aren't out there for more than a couple of hours with them on.

I bought these to take on our camping trip. I have to say I really like them.the solar was great ! We were able yo use them right out of the box. There was just the right amount of light to light up our camp site. The ability to adjust the brightness and the fact that there is a timer that you can set to turn off. These are a great addition to our camping equipment ! No worries about batteries !!

UPDATE 2. Unfortunately after just a few days my replacement unit died and would not charge. The seller gave me a refund, for which I am grateful. Do NOT buy these lights unless you get a lot of sunlight. Charging function does not work at all. Updating review again. Now it gets 1 star.

UPDATE - Updating my review from 3 stars to 5 because of the great customer service I received. They sent me another set of lights (see original review below) and the charging port seems to work so far on the new unit. They really are beautiful lights and a great addition to my patio. My shady backyard doesn't provide enough light to maintain a charge long through solar alone, so hopefully the charging function will continue to work.

I purchased these lights on Amazon a couple of weeks ago. They are supposed to charge either from the sun or by charging them inside. The USB charging function does not seem to work at all. The lights worked well at first, but my backyard is very shady so the lights were not getting enough sunlight to hold a charge. After a rainy day, I brought the panel inside to charge and it doesn't seem to be working at all. The red light on the panel was lit up when attached to the string lights. When I detached it, the red light remained lit for a few minutes. I inserted a type C charger into the port, which seemed to fit, so I assume it was the correct one. The red light went out, leading me to the conclusion that it wasn't getting any charge. If it were working properly it would remain lit red and eventually go green. But nothing happened, despite leaving it plugged in for several hours. I plugged it in outside to test and it lit for a few seconds and went out. Now the lights are dead. I emailed Customer support and they replied promptly and are sending a new set of lights. I will update the review after I try the new one. Hopefully it was just a bad unit!

I ordered the 48+6 foot lights specifically for our camp site and because it came with shatter proof bulbs and a remote. I love these lights and they work great. However, there was no remote in the box so I’m very disappointed.
