I have a couple boats, which means that I need to reupholster seats or coaming pads every few years. I was finding that the 304 stainless staples were rusting, so I wanted to give these a try. They go by the "Niccore" trade name, so not sure exactly what they are made from - although I suspect comparable to 316 stainless or better. They are designed for marine use, and they worked just fine in my powered T/50 compatible staple gun. They drove home in marine plywood with the same pressure I was using for the other staples. They look good and work well - but I won't be able to rate them for a long time on rust resistance.

I used these staples to install soil liners in a few planters I made and they were very easy to use - I just loaded them into my staple gun and stapled down the liner to the inside of the planters - could not have been easier - I recommend these staples!

These staples work fine in my stapler. The pointed ends seem like they penetrate surfaces fine, though with repeated tests they didn't penetrate any deeper than standard staples, since eventually the top bar gets stopped by the surface. At least that was the case in MDF. In pine they might go a bit deeper, though not noticeably. We'll see about the rust-proof aspect of them, though I typically use stainless staples when they'll be outside. My regular, name brand staples are less expensive at the store, so if the performance is the same I'd prefer the name brand. In that regard I'd say the product description is misleading. It's perhaps not a big deal, but I also miss a cardboard tab on the box, since I like to hang my staples on a peg next to my stapler. This box will have to live on a shelf rather than a wall. Overall, the staples seem to work fine but I'll stick with the less expensive and just as capable name brand staples I've been using.

T50 staples are handy.
I bought a cordless major brand name staple gun a year ago, and so I use this size more.

I tried these out in my gun. They worked great. They fit in just fine. They went into hard wood easily.
The only thing I'm not sure about is the rust proof thing. They seem to be higher quality than others, but it will take months to really be able to tell.

Not sure what material these staples are made of but they have a very low iron content (as tested with a Colbalt magnet). No Iron = high resistance to corrosion. These staples fit and fire well in all of my T50 compatible staplers (both manual and pneumatic). These staples do not bend when driven into hard wood or even MDF and because of their hardness and bayonet point they do not protrude out of the material they are driven into either.
