Bought this for Xmas, on sale for $16 - cute set for the price, and lots to do with it. My little loves the pool at the end w/ the slide. Wouldn't want to pay more than that though. Does include lots of plastic waste as you 'hatch' the hatchimals and throw the plastic eggs away, other than that great set though.

My daughter got this toy for Christmas and she loves it. She loved giving the egg water and watching it hatch to reveal a cute kitty/fairy character. It also comes with a tiny pacifier, which is a cute feature as well. Downsides are the bottle is really only used the first time to hatch the egg, the creatures don’t actually use the bottle after they are hatched(except to pretend) and the pacifiers are so tiny they get lost easily and are hard to find due to their itty bitty size. Overall for the price and play ability, it’s a cute toy and I would recommend for kids def over 3 years old, otherwise the parts are way too small and would present a choking hazard.

Hatchimals really upped their game! This set is so great! It's compact, very cute with the cloud and rainbows and it was sooo cool to watch the eggs hatch with the water from the waterfall! This would make a great birthday or Christmas gift and I think it will be popular this coming Christmas. I recommend getting the smaller add on sets which have two eggs each and one has a stroller and the other has a high chair. The whole new line is adorable! At the time of this writing the set was $34.99 and the smaller add on sets were $12.99 each.

After the excitement of the eggs hatching is over your little one is going to have to be creative to play with this toy. It's very cute and easy to assemble. But I can see it being easily forgotten after Christmas.

This hideous huge hunk of plastic was bought by Santa as my 3 year old boy kept seeing the ads and putting it on his list. I personally didn’t have a clue what they were. Christmas Day was pretty cool when we hatched the small animals in water. The little house is quite big and it’s always scattered in pieces across the longeroom or bathroom , but my 3 year old loves it, he is always playing with them, and listening to his little imagination run wild is priceless. he absolutely loves hatchamals and definitely will be a return customer.!
