So if your phone is running Android 13 and you're looking for a toy to just watch it fly around, it's perfect. If you're looking for a drone that will actually shoot video/pictures,,,,, Well, it's useless.
UPDATE... The seller did reach out to me and issued a full refund without returning the drone and promised to notify me when the app is updated to work with Android 13. I consider that VERY GOOD business practice! I'll update if I get app update.
