I was about to give this a lower review because there was a noticable "something" lodged between the creases of the commander zone, and i thought it was glue, but no it was actually just plastic that was wedged deep into the crease.

Very easy to move around. Only downside is that the middle holder is smaller than my other one.
But if you are only holding tokens and a couple dice then it's perfect.

I play Magic: The Gathering, mainly the Commander format. I've been looking into getting some more individual boxes for my decks and this one seemed nice. I liked how you could 'deconstruct' it into smaller parts and that it had windows to show off the commanders.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this box is. it not only fells well made but it holds everything securely and adapts to multiple needs. For anyone familiar with TCC and the Professor, I did a fully loaded shake test on this thing with two 100 card commander decks and some dice in the center tray. It did not budge, no matter what orientation I shook it in or where I grabbed it from. The magnets are STRONG but not too strong that it's hard to open. Perfect. The material of the box feels good and the stitching is very secure as of so far. The colored 'felt' interior is kind of soft but not the best I've ever felt.

As for other features, you can slot in the deck boxes with either the window facing out or in (as pictured). You can magnetically hold the lid for the middle tray on the bottom of it, keeping it together while open. You can flip the commanders upside down in the windows, I guess if you wanna do that. You can slide in the deck boxes while the lid is fully closed, it doesn't prevent them from sliding in. I did a shake test after that too, no problems. The lid can be fully opened to lie flat or partially opened to lie at an angle on a hinge. All of the listed measurements in the picture seem accurate within a few millimeters. The inside of the middle tray is 2.5 cm deep for anyone wondering. It is big enough to hold sleeved cards. It comes with four black dividers to use in the deck boxes, nothing special there.

My only concern is that the 'windows' are really just hard toploaders. They are really not anything special, so don't expect really good protection but at the same time they should be easy to replace if lost or damaged.

I will update this review if the box gives up under normal use in a short amount of time.

I got this deck box to house 2 of my "Doctor Who"-themed commander deck and it's perfect for the job. It fits a 100-card, sleeved deck easily into each of the deck boxes. I love how the dice box fully seals so that I can put the cardboard counters in there as well and not worry about them falling out and getting lost.

The toploader sleeve in the sides is cool to see what decks are inside the box without having to open it, but I think I might prefer to just have proxy cards (photocopies of my commander cards) there so the real one can be with my deck inside the box.

The one "bad" thing is that there are no magnets on the bottom of the boxes. The three boxes can come out of the outer sleeve, which is cool, but the parts that hold them in are on the sides of the sleeve and the top flap closure. I feel like this makes it slightly harder to place the boxes into the sleeve when it's fully opened, but I'll probably adjust to it the more I use the case.

Overall, it is a gorgeous, well-made case that will protect my cards. I love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for storing multiple decks

Besides looking impressive (which this does), this box is perfectly designed for carrying two decks in a reasonable space. Both sides have a display slot for something like a Commander, and what's really cool is that the dice tray is actually just the size of a sleeved card anyway so you can use it for extra card storage if you don't need to use it for dice - something like tokens or a sideboard, or proxy'd cards that you don't want to shuffle with.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely for commander

I really love this box. Sadly, my husband was eyeballing it since I got it so for fathers day I let him have it. He loves it a lot and put his goblins and voltron decks in it. It holds everything he needs.
It's scratch resistant, the lining is great quality and soft, all compartments lift free and are magnetic. The dice compartment has a lid that goes all around it so the dice are safe. The lid comes all the way off to so you can put your dice box out and not worry about a lid hanging off it.
The deck compartments have a slot for a hard case with your commander or art for your deck in it. It has deep slots on the sides so you can easier remove your deck. I like that the compartments all lift free from the bulky case so I don't have to have to much cluttering my area.
I love the look of this. I got the black and brown one and it's stunning looking. The brown has the color of regular leather and it looks better than most colorful boxes to me (That's saying something because my 2nd favorite case has a bright orange lining lol). I think it's worth the price.

The window on the side is really great for knowing which commander I am looking for without opening the case. I love that feature.
