This car was for my 12-year-old son, and he has helped with feed-back for a review on this item. He has really enjoyed using the car in all sorts of different settings, and over-all it is a hit! The wrist-controller is very fun to use and a tiny bit challenging at first, which keeps the user engaged while it's being figured out. We really like the fact that the car can "scrunch up" or go flat, and its sideways drift motion is fascinating. It has a good, solid feel and does not seem like a cheap or flimsy toy.

The demo mode is really fun and allows the user to see all of the different possibilities for controlling the car. We tested the car on several different surfaces and found that it works by far the best on hardwood/laminate/vinyl floors. We have LVP flooring through our main level, and the car performs very well on our floors.

My son tried the car in our basement with an average-length shag carpet, and the car was able to drive forwards and backwards and to spin in a circle, but it was not able to do the sideways drift very well. He tried it outside on grass, and it did NOT perform well there. We also took it to a very large indoor gym at a church, where the flooring was an industrial type of sport carpet. The car did well there--almost as well as on hardwood/laminate floors.

The only other complaint my son has is that the music cannot be turned off by the wrist controller, which he finds annoying. The music CAN be turned off when the regular remote is being used to control the car.

In general, we have had lots of fun with this car! Several friends have tried it out, as well as my son's older siblings, and everyone has enjoyed using the wrist controller and have been fascinated by the driving modes. We would recommend it as a great Christmas present this year.

I'm eagerly anticipating Christmas to gift my son this Gesture Sensing RC Stunt Car, and I'm already impressed by its build quality.

The car feels incredibly sturdy, and the 360° rotating 4WD feature promises endless fun. The hand-controlled gesture sensing adds an exciting twist to the play experience.

Although it hasn't been used yet, I can already tell it's going to be a hit. I'll make sure to update my review after my son gets his hands on it. From what I've seen so far, I have high expectations for hours of joy and excitement ahead!

RC cars for inhouse are a great thing to keep our 3 kids entertained.
But this kind is just too much.
It is noisy, yes you can turn the noises off as long as you use the normal remote. But still, even the wheels are loud. I did not see a way to turn off the sound with the hand gestures band.
My bad if I missed that somewhere in the instructions.
I also don't like that the front wheels keep aiming to the left or right after you bumped into something. Only way to straighten them out is to switch between the high- and low-profile mode.
We do not like the wheels either. The LEDs are "fun" for the first seconds, but that's about it.
Too many buttons for kids if they don't use it on a daily basis where they forget which is for what.

This review is subjective for sure, other people might like or even love what we don't like.
I can't really say anything about durability or so because like I said, nobody wants to drive this one.
