The unit controls are located in the front of the speaker. There is a multi-function power button,
The unit features six voice-changing effects that kids had fun cycling thru.
It could also allow recording and playback of karaoke sessions. This is possible when inserting a Micro SD card into the machine.
The speaker and the wireless microphones are rechargeable. The unit comes with just one USB cable, so you have to take turns charging each device. A USB splitter cable could charge the three components at once.
The Mgaolo Mini Karaoke Machine for Kids has a vocal-off feature, so kids can let their little voices take center stage, for a great singing experience.
The unit does have some annoyances. It comes with the ECHO reverb feature enabled by default and it is close to impossible to disable it following the steps on the manual. According to the steps, the power button should be double clicked once to adjust mic volume, twice to adjust and 3 times to adjust the speaker volume. Most of the times the unit only registers the first double click.
Also, when the RGB LED is turned on, it obscures the controls on the front panel, making them difficult to see.
We have to trace the controls with with markers, to be able to see them when the LED is on.
We have used the Mgaolo Mini Karaoke Machine several times and the kids love it.
