My son saved up his money to buy Roku and it has been loads of fun. Roku sings, dances, twists, and turns. My son plays with it for hours. It charges pretty quickly. It's fun for adults and kids a like. Today the charger broke off and got stuck in Roku. I contacted Roku manufacturer and emailed with Joyce. She resolved my problem very quickly and my son will have a new charger soon. I am very impressed with how they handled this. My son has already started doing chores to buy a second robot so his robot can have a friend.

We bought a Ruko 1088 Robot as an early Xmas gift for our Granddaughter.
We wanted to include batteries when we give the gift this Xmas but didn't know the size or quantity. Not finding a definitive answer in line I wrote an Email to Ruko customer service. Low and behold within a day I had multiple Emails with a wonderfully helpful agent named Elaine who joyfully answered my question .
What I find remarkable is that for such a minor question Ruko Customer Service treated me with speed of response and respect. A personal touch to the emails I received was a great change to the usual corporate responses I
usually get from other companies.
Thank you Elaine for a job well done.
I will give a review update once the gift is opened and our Granddaughter is smiling ear to ear
