I love this super fun necklace! Its so cute and just the perfect accessory for a fun Christmas party or in my case, a Christmas in July party. This is a plastic silly necklace that is meant to be fun. It is has 3 light modes- 2 flashing and one with just solid lights on. It came ready to go; you just pull the paper and turn it on. The colors of the lights are green, red, blue and yellow. When people see it, they cant help but smile. Everyone asks, where did you get that? Battery life is going strong. This should come with a battery. If it doesn't, I would notify them immediately as another reviewer mentioned receiving it without a battery. I highly recommend this necklace. Its very bright and fun! Any issues and I will update.

The lights are very pretty! There are about 6 modes (solid on and various flashing rates of speed). It came with extra batteries but I haven't used them yet. I work in 5-6 hour shifts and wore the necklace 3 days so far. So I have used the first set of batteries for about 17 hours and the batteries are still going strong. I have been using a flash mode, so they are not on the entire time. The lights are a large plastic shell with a tiny led light in each bulb. Which is good because that makes them lighter. It's really easy to turn them off and on and switch modes with the push button on the small round battery pack.
I paired the necklace with these earrings which work very well together! "Christmas Accessory - Lotsa Lights Jumbo Flashing Light Bulb Earrings"

It was fun to use but one bulb came off the first time I carefully put it on. I have tried to adhere the colored part of the bulb and the green holder but it doesn’t snap on. But the necklace is fun and fairly cheap. It was still fun to wear for a night.

The media could not be loaded.
I was hesitant to purchase these due to some of the reviews noting some minor issues of missing bulbs, lights not working properly… Buuut I went ahead and did it anyway. I purchased 4 necklaces and only 2 had no issues. One had a bulb missing and the other would not stay lit without the little white tab staying in place. The lights are bright and I like the multi function, but for almost $10 each I was a little disappointed. I should have just made the trip to a store to get them at a lower cost and could have inspected them prior to purchasing so that’s one me. If it weren’t for those 2 little things, these would have been perfect!

Very pleased with this product. I researched it out carefully, and couldn't be happier. The plates have a clean, crisp, modern look, and the gold metallic forks were beautiful and had a good, scratch free surface as well. They came nicely packaged so they would arrive in the best condition possible. The forks are small, but I could tell that from the pictures. I was impressed with how sturdy they were--which was very important to me. I didn't want a cheap feel, and they met every expectation. We got a lot of compliments on our outdoor wedding reception, and several people commented on the plate/fork sets--they thought they were beautiful and added to the elegance of the reception.

I loved it, everyone around me was jealous of how much more "festive" I was :) It will definitely grab everyone's attention so if you like to be a wall flower, stay away from these :) Great for parties, school, home, or office use. Batteries are replaceable, there are short instructions for handling them and how to deal with dead/burned out bulbs.

All the lights worked for me, I always buy from prime sellers in case problems arise, I can go through a hassle free return process. The button at the top is locked and secured when it arrives, you remove a white plastic piece in order to unlock the button. There are different settings which was really cool.

The settings are:

1. Lights flashing (different bulbs going off at different times)
2. Lights flashing really fast (fast enough to give me a seizure haha)
3. Lights lit up at the same time (and staying lit)
