We are absolutely thrilled with the 2000 Pieces Puzzle Board with 6 Storage Drawers & Protective Cover! This has been such a fantastic addition to our home for assembling Legos, which we plan to use it for.
We initially got it with the idea of using it for jigsaw puzzles, and it’s perfect for that purpose. The large, smooth wooden surface gives plenty of room to spread out the pieces, and the fact that it can comfortably hold up to 2000 pieces is a huge bonus. The layout is designed to help keep everything organized, with six storage drawers that are ideal for sorting the pieces by color, shape, or any other method you prefer. This feature alone has saved us so much time and kept us from losing pieces in the chaos of a big project.
The addition of the lazy Susan is a great idea. That is what sold us on this and it's absolutely brilliant. The ability to rotate the board easily has made the Lego assembly process so much smoother and more efficient. No more awkwardly reaching across the table or moving around to view different sections—everything is just a spin away! The movement is smooth, and it allows us to keep the project stable while we work on different areas.
We are using it to assemble our son's Legos, and it’s been great for that. The sturdy surface helps keep the Legos in place, and as the project grows, the lazy Susan lets us turn the whole thing around without moving any pieces. This is especially helpful when working on larger builds that require adjusting angles or adding smaller pieces. It keeps everything steady and prevents the risk of pieces falling apart while we work.
Another great feature is the protective cover, which is great for keeping everything safe and dust-free when the puzzle or Lego project is in between sessions. We can simply cover it up, and when we come back to it, everything is just where we left off.
The build quality is solid and durable. The wood feels sturdy, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and we know it’ll last through many more projects to come. The drawers are deep enough to hold a lot, but not so deep that we can’t see what’s inside—making it easy to grab the pieces we need. The board was well packaged and damage-free when it arrived. We noted that there were no missing parts and it included an easy to follow set of instructions. Yes, the wood is unfinished but not really sure why that would matter to anyone. It does appear to have a light sealer of some kind on it that would prevent any splinters.
Assembly was super easy until it came to the attaching the lazy susan. I’ll explain that in a moment. Right out of the box, it includes 6 built-in sorting trays. In the 2nd photo, you’ll note the trays come already inserted inside the top and sides of the table with a temporary nylon loop closure for removing the drawers the first time. Once the drawers are removed, those can be thrown away. Just be careful to not re-insert once you clip the loops off! Each tray has a small wooden knob in a separate package (along with one extra with screw). Insert the screw from the inside while attaching the knob from the outside of the tray. Do that for all six trays then reinsert.
The next step was a bit confusing concerning the lazy susan installation. First, add the clear double-stick gel stickers to the 3 red dots directly on the bottom of the board. Then take the lazy susan with the wide black plastic ribbon side facing you and add 3 more of the same stickers lining them up so they don’t overlap the ones on the board. That should provide a solid stick across the bottom that is also level. You’re done!
This board is large enough to hold 1500 piece puzzles at about 36” W x 26” H. It can swivel a full 360 degrees so that several people can work the puzzle at the same time. It is $100 table but we feel it is a good value for our family of puzzle lovers. We recommend it anyway!
