    I knew when I bought them that they were the no-snap kind, so I will not take off points for that. These are very like the one I used to bring home from the U.K. Perfect for the Holiday table.

    We ordered these at the "last minute" and they arrived in time! I was really surprised at the good quality of these crackers. The crowns are all the same with a shiny gold finish on the paper. They are made from a sturdy paper material - no one's crown ripped! Furthermore they actually fit the adults but because of the way the fold was they stayed on our seven year old, too.
    The most surprising part is the quality of the metal used to make the "surprises". It is actually a durable metal. My husband plans to use the little screwdriver on his key chain for eye glass repair.
    The only downside to these is that, as they clearly state, there is no popping sound. My tradition-minded daughter was a bit disappointed by that, but for most of us it was not a significant loss.
    I would definitely buy these crackers again next year, especially if there is a package with different toys, just to change things up a bit.

    I thought there was going to be a snap. But it's okay because we still watched Doctor Who with our paper crowns on. Absolutely worth it.

    I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these Christmas Crackers. Gold crowns, great jokes and quality toys. They cost a little more because they make a noise. Well worth it.

    They were boring and cheap. I didn't realize that they weren't actually English poppers that I thought I had ordered, but just party favors.

    They did have have paper crowns, a treat and a joke - they just weren't very fun opening.

    I'll buy something more authentic next year.

    These would be a good choice as a last resort. They are poor quality, which I should have expected with the low price. The wrapping was coming apart. Not happy with this purchase.
