    I’ve been searching for a good mouth tape for sleep, and this one has been the most reliable. It sticks well, stays in place throughout the night, and is easy to remove without irritating my skin. It keeps my mouth closed effectively and doesn’t fall off while I sleep. Definitely worth the higher price — highly recommend!

    I sleep with my mouth open, so my mouth doesn't dry out, and my sleep quality is poor. So I was thinking of buying a mouth tape. I used it for about 3 days. Air comes in through the tape, so it's not too uncomfortable to breathe through my mouth. And when I use this product in the morning, it comes off smoothly and doesn't leave any residue on my mouth. I'm very satisfied.

    My doctor recommended mouth taping to address my constant dry mouth at night, and the results have been incredible. Since using this tape, I’ve been sleeping through out the night with no more dryness. I was initially hesitant about taping my mouth, but now I hardly notice it- it’s surprisingly comfortable. It encourages nasal breathing, which has been a total game-changer for my sleep quality. I’m amazed at how effective such a simple solution can be!
