We ordered these for our wedding for when people hit the dancefloor. They were a big hit and everyone loved them! They arrived in a small box, and all pieces were in there. They cracked easily, all worked (none did not glow), and they stayed glowing all night until the next morning when we cleaned up! These are definitely high quality!

I will agree that the glow is a lot less intense after the first 30 minutes or so. However, the initial glow is ridiculously intense and the actual length of time they glow IS over 12 hours.
I went to bed around four and a half hours after they'd been activated. I slipped them over the neck of the water bottle on my nightstand and they were still bright enough to illuminate that corner of my bedroom well enough to see everything within 5-6 feet with decent clarity in an otherwise dark bedroom.
The photo I have attached is the next morning. This is around TWELVE hours after they were activated, and there is still enough glow to giggle at and capture with my phone camera before we turned the lights on and let the sun in.
