    shes so cute! she was due to arrive on the 12th but instead arrived today on the 9th. She came with a little journal, a hair brush, herself, and most importantly her code. My most recent toy package did not contain the code which I was very disappointed about, considering it was the most expensive, but this one did. Her hair was extremely silky and the end was gelled in a singular curl which i separated to give a more natural look. Her limbs are more moveable than the 3-inch dolls, where her elbows and knees can also articulate. Overall, she's a gorgeous doll and was definitely worth my money

    order came almost a week faster than expected, code was intact, box slightly damaged but nothing major, only sidenote is the doll has very little hair at the scalp so it doesnt really look good when down, also when brushing her hair out a lot of white stuff flew out but it wasnt a big deal

    Took very long time to get product. Shipping dates kept being changed. Delivery dates as well because shipping dates were not accurate. After 1.5 months, we finally got the doll! Yippy.
    Once we opened and scratched off the code...drum roll please! Blank yep, that's right blank area. Nice. My kid had the saddest look and was so disappointed! I emailed product support because doll is super cute and my daughter loves it but I would rather buy at Walmart or Target next time.

    Although she’s an absolute keeper, it sucks to know that her beautiful box probably wont be on display. When I had opened the default Amazon box I was greeted with Mermia’s box aged, it looks like it was dunked in water and dried horribly, and the corners of the box broken, and not to mention the back was open! I immediately looked around to see if the code wasn’t taken, harmed, or scratched; safe to say that it wasn’t. The code worked (thank god) but it was a bummer to know her box is ruined.

    My problem is with the virtual item code. I entered it, and as far as i could tell it worked, but it didnt give me the badge or virtual item. I tried again and it said the code had already been redeemed and to wait so i did, and it still didnt give me anything. From what ive seen im not the only one this has happened to, but its still irritating that i paid for this and its not giving me everything i paid for

    Everything came intact, the box had a few dents but i don’t collect them, although IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER for others, when you get the code SCRATCH IT GENTLY, scratching it with too much pressure can scratch the whole code off. I’ve seen others make that mistake so here’s your disclaimer, enjoy your toys! :D
