    I bought a Tonie box and multiple figures for four of my grandchildren (almost 2, 3, 4 & 5). They were easy to set up and worked like a charm. This particular figure (Playtime Puppy) was a big hit with mommy. It is a great item that can grow with your kids. The youngest ones got more with songs, and the older more with stories &/or songs. And they're interchangeable so all the kids can share with each other while still having their own box. This form of electronics helps the little ones relax, enjoy stories, and sing along with the songs. It's a spendy investment to start with, but with the growability of it, it will make future gift giving a little easier. There are even figures from National Geographic that will be quite educational for the older ones.

    My daughter got this for my grandson and he plays with it daily. Sound comes out nice and clear and can be adjusted. He has figured out how to use it. Glad it’s made tough as he does throw it around and it’s made it through all of it. Size is perfect for his little hand to handles and it stores away pretty easy also fits great in the diaper bad. It’s a cute little music box and is educational and you can buy as many characters you want and was perfect for his age range

    Love this speaker! Not only does it help keep your toddler away from screens but helps build confidence and independence through using. Your toddler can make their own choice by picking what to listen to and learn how to adjust volume and go through songs. Quality is great but I’ve already noticed a scuff mark from a tonie. Toddlers aren’t always gentle. I like the variety of colors! You can bring it anywhere which is awesome! Sound quality is good, haven’t had any issues! Must buy for a gift or for your little one!

    I highly recommend the Tonies music and story player for all young children! The speaker is easy to set up and once connected it’s simple to start using! My daughter loves listening to the songs and audiobooks that we’ve purchased thus far even as an infant (7 months old). I typically have a story playing in the background as she plays with other toys while in her room/playroom for it allows her to listen and hear different stories or listen to various songs. It most definitely beats having the background noise of the TV and it’s much more educational!

    Each tonie that I’ve purchased has exceeded my expectation! Not only does the character topper play the audiobook of the story it’s representing it also has educational information pertaining to the topic of the audiobook that was read. Each Tonie character plays about 15/20 minutes of material and many times has more than one book programmed. The device initially begins with the main story and after it’s been read aloud other similar stories and/or academic material is reviewed. For example, the Very Hungry Catepillar tonie plays the audio version of the book and then goes into information about insects and caterpillars and its transformation and process of becoming a butterfly.

    Many of the books come in Spanish so please make sure you are mindful of purchasing the correct language. My only critique of this product is the volume of the speaker box. The stories project but not extremely loud. If my daughters white noise machine is still running and the tonie box begins playing, you can barely hear what on the tonie box is being played. Other than that, I absolutely highly recommend this product. It’s worth the steep price!

    My 3 year old daughter LOVED this! It's amazing and easy to use. Sounds great and very easy to adjust the volume. I did struggle connecting it to my wifi because instructions didnt state that once it chimes for the second time you have to go to your wifi settings and select tonies wifi then select the wifi you use normally.

    UPDATE: even more now than before, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

    This has been the BIGGEST hassle and annoyance. Again, was so excited for this for our 2 1/2 year old for Christmas, literally bought 5 tonies to go with it, and it's been such a mistake. I'm returning our now SECOND toniebox because IT DOESNT WORK. Going to go by the Yoto because I know for a fact it doesn't have these issues.

    We exchanged our first toniebox because it would not connect to the app, even after doing every possible "troubleshoot," had to wait another 10+ days for the new one to get here, ONLY TO HAVE MORE ISSUES. Had to try multiple times, but finally got it to connect to their dumb app. Then every single tonie I put on, it wouldn't let me go to the next song. It was make a song and just shut off. Now I'm sitting here with a toniebox that's literally on the charger, THAT WILL NOT TURN ON AT ALL. Like it just isn't working even a little bit. So I'll just say this one more time, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. Because it is just that, a waste. So annoyed with how expensive such a cheap product is.

    FIRST REVIEW: We just got this for Christmas & it's been several days since the first time trying to set it up. We've now spent way too much time trying to get our Toniebox to connect and play things and it still won't. We've reached out to customer service, and they give us one of the other code problems, which still hasn't fixed our problem. Now we can't get ahold of them again. Our toniebox won't connect at all to the app. We were looking forward to giving this to our toddler for Christmas - we bought 4 tonies and thought it'd be great. Welllll don't waste your time or money :/ or the hype of it for your kid cause you'll be disappointed. This was one of our more exciting Christmas gifts and it's a bust. Toniebox tried to make it way more complicated than they should've. No one cares to have wifi connected to their children's toys. We don't like having an app to have to have our kids entertained. It would've been so much better if you could just play the music by putting on a tonie. Instead you have to set everything up through the app, with wifi. Well of course there are million different technical issues it has. We'll probably return ours considering we still can't get it to play days later. For such an expensive children's toy, it sure doesn't work like it should. Again, still no luck on getting it to connect to the app or have someone answer us. So disappointed there was so much hype on this.
