My 4 year old daughter absolutely loved this item. She was skeptical at first because we had make a cat mold out of play dough and put it in the oven but it was a very clever trick and when the timer went off, this cute cinnamon smelling cat doll appeared. I definitely think it was worth it.

I bought this for my 8yo niece's birthday. The whole process of creating the little creature out of dough and baking it in the oven was really cute. And then you open up the oven and reveal this really cute stuffed animal, that smells amazing by the way. And it's just like this really cool magic trick. My niece loved it. The adults loved it. We actually ended up having two different adults by her the same gift. She was so happy to get to do it a second time and she ended up getting 2 different stuffed animals. And now she has two little ovens to play with. Great gift!

I bought 7 of these for my grandchildren. They all used their ovens at the same time…it was pure magic when the plush animal appeared in the oven. I will always remember this. They carried their ovens around for days. They were a little pricey, but worth every penny! After the trick was figured out, they kept doing it over and over again. So much fun!

This seemed like a super cute idea, so I bought it for my 2 year old. Let me preface this with how much she adores the stuffed animal. Her oven came with the orange cinnamon roll cat, which she has termed "Cat-Cat." It makes meowing noises and warms up slightly if you squeeze it for a few seconds. We usually have that component turned off, as it also will meow randomly if you have it on and scares her.

There were a lot of steps to "bake" the stuffy. She was very impatient, so I ended up doing most of it while she constantly nagged about when the animal would appear. I am sure an older child would have an easier time with this aspect. After all of that, we put it in the oven and let it bake until the timer went off. She was SO excited when that animal popped out of that oven! Her little face was worth the work!

Pros: Super cute idea, cute stuffed animal that makes noises and warms up (these components can be turned off)

Cons: There was a lot of waiting and work initially, and then once the animal popped out - we have never touched the rest of it again. Maybe other people have found use with the utensils and oven, but it is just taking up room in our house at this point as she is only interested in the animal.

My daughter had a blast doing this! Very easy instructions and no batteries needed. She is 5 and was able to do majority of it on her own without me needing to read the directions. It was such a fun project. I got it for her for easter and it worked perfectly that she got the strawberry bunny fluffy. It smells great, warms up when she hugs it and makes noises. There's also an option to 'reset' the baking process. You could easily use play-doh and other stuffed animals again and again. A very unique and great toy!

I gave this to a 6 year old girl who loved it. The entire process is fun and there is a surprise at the end. The toy gets warm with a hug and makes animal sounds. Great toy.

Worked exactly as sold. Toy smells great and makes cool noises my kid loves. Obviously it's not really baking anything, it's just swapping the dough for the stuffed animal once you follow the directions with the pull tabs and "turn the oven on". My kid is a bit older, 8 and she figured it out pretty much alone on how it worked after I asked what happened and how the stuffed animal got in there. Overall great toy, very fun experience with my kid.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter's birthday. It worked well, it is very cute and comes out of the oven warm and smelling like pastry. My granddaughter loves it.
But now the interior of the oven shelf mechanism isn't working anymore. She only had it 4 days. She and my daughter still play with it though. The cinnamon cat will heat up and does make its cute sounds.
