    Ordered a puzzle from Amazon, when put together there was a missing piece. There was a notice inside the box with an email to notify the company if there were issues. I emailed and had a response right away. I was given options of replacing the missing piece, replace the same puzzle or a new puzzle. I chose to have a new puzzle. All of this companies puzzles are beautiful, little difficult. There are letters on the back of the puzzle to help with placement. Not only was I sent a new puzzle, they added another puzzle as a gift. Fantastic customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase,

    This was almost as good as my favorite brand [Huadada]. No puzzle dust. A bit more difficult but doable and lasted longer since it took me a bit longer. A bit more expensive but still affordable. Nice picture, good colors. Soft snap as place pieces. All good except that a number of pieces seem to fit in more than one spot which I strongly dislike. That's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

    My husband bought this puzzle for me. I knew right away the quality was great. I do puzzles all the time so I know the difference. I did get a puzzle that was missing a piece, it happens believe me. The service that Jaanus Toome gave me was amazing. It was a positive and personal. I would absolutely recommend this company.

    I bought Sunset on the Lake. When I finished the puzzle I discovered I was missing one piece. Searching in vain, I remembered a note in the box providing the manufacturer’s email address should there be any problems, including any missing pieces. I emailed a photo of my puzzle to the manufacturer to request the missing piece. To my surprise and delight, I received a response within 12 hours requesting a photo of the bottom of the box to enable the manufacturer to determine the specific lot from which my puzzle was produced. I sent that picture and was told I would have my missing piece within approximately one week. Amazing! You just do not expect this superior quality of Customer Service in today’s world.
