This is the 3rd ZenChalet wooden puzzle we have done. The 1000 piece Flower Heart was challenging and there were some tricks along the way. Found it thoroughly enjoyable. Each piece is intricately designed and engineered. Excellent workmanship.

I never imagined how hard this puzzle could be to put together, but it was entirely challenging. I love it. It took a while, but with help from my friends, we got it done. Right now it’s being framed and matted to be placed on the wall at church so all can enjoy. Definitely worth the money. Now for the images, I had no idea, I was in for such a surprise. The quality is amazing. Can’t wait for our next one!!

My spouse and I love doing puzzles together and although more expensive than most puzzles, we both agree that this puzzle is worth the price. If you're looking for a simple puzzle, this puzzle may not be for you unless you go for less pieces. It's challenging because every piece is unique in shape and size, but don't worry if you look carefully you can find it's exact location in the picture and wood sample provided. We each work on different sections and patterns then put them into the larger puzzle. You're not going to fly through this puzzle so for that reason alone, it's also worth the added price. Lastly, the quality is excellent. It's all wood so nothing bends or breaks off, the pieces fit together perfectly and the color is very vibrant. In fact we both agreed the puzzle actually looks better in person than it did in the picture.

These are my most favorite types of puzzles, but my husband and I love doing larger puzzles, 1000 pieces or more, and these wooden ones with that many pieces, are very hard to find. So when I found this one, I had to get it! It was the first one of this kind that my husband has tried, and he was very intimidated by it and honestly, wasn't sure if it was something he would enjoy doing or not. The colors were great, the fun pieces were cute, and the difficulty level was awesome! My husband ended up finishing 90% of the puzzle by himself, because I couldn't sit still long enough to do it! Very pretty and colorful and the pieces fit perfectly together! Can't wait to try another one - when I can afford it! They're VERY pricey!!

First, the good:
The puzzle is beautiful - the colors are vibrant and the image is very clear.
The wooden pieces are the thickest of any of the wooden puzzles we have built and fit perfectly together.
The puzzle design is challenging and often required far more thought than it would seem necessary - even when dealing with a small patch.

Now, the less-than-good:
We ordered a thousand piece puzzle and, yep, we did receive a thousand pieces.....however, it was missing one piece that goes to this puzzle and came with a piece that is not related to this puzzle. Yes - we checked for mis-builds, etc. While personally we found this kind of funny (would expect to be missing a piece if there were an issue along these lines, not have a piece from a completely different puzzle and missing a piece from this one), I can imagine that others might find it less humorous. A nice touch there is that even if we had counted out all the pieces before we began, we would not have seen this issue until close to completion. So, unless this is intended as a quiet lesson to reflect upon, quality control might need some improvement.

This puzzle is so cool, I got it as a gift for a family member who loves puzzles, she said this was defa challenge. Each piece is unique and the quality is amazing.
