I purchased two of these a couple weeks ago. Upon arrival, opened one and it was perfect. Opened the second one and couldn’t get it out of the box, cuz it was stuck to the side of the box. I had to destroy the box to get the float out. You can see in the pic how there is still cardboard there. What you can’t see is the deformation in the vinyl from being stuck, about 2 feet down the same side. Amazon let me exchange and the new one was even worse. Needless to say, amazon is not allowing an exchange this time so I’m returning it for a refund.
Mind you, the “good” one was in the pool for about 15 mins and has already started to discolor. Yes, my chems are balanced and this shouldn’t happen with my level of chems in the pool.
Regarding the company. I initially sent them a message via their website (as Amazon directed) and still haven’t gotten an answer in 8+ days. I’ve also called their support line, waited on hold for a few mins and then got pushed to voicemail. As you can guess, I haven’t heard back from that either.
I wouldn’t recommend buying this product, or any from this company.
