I purchased this for a kid's underwater Davy Jones' Locker themed party. It's very brightly colored so it worked great for the kids. The material is lightweight and is easy enough to work with if you have two people to do the hanging over large areas. A roll of it works great so you can cut to fit.
I used Scotch wall safe tape and was pleasantly surprised to find that it did not rip the material when removed. I'll get several uses out of each cut piece.
There is a strong chemical smell when it is first unrolled. I measured, cut and then hung the folded pieces in the garage over night and by morning all of the odor was gone and it wasn't a problem to use in an enclosed area the next day.
Overall I'm very pleased with the product quality for the price (about$32 for the roll).
