5.0 out of 5 stars A company who stand by their product
Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2024
This is a company that stands behind their product. My son (who is four years old) decided to play master mechanic and pulled the wires for the head lights. He also damaged one of the side view mirrors. Long story short, his car no longer worked. Even though his car did not work, he sat in that car every day.
I called this company (one day in January or February 2024) asking if they knew of a company that could fix my son car. The customer service representative that I spoke with asked that I take a picture of the car and send in additional information. Considering my situation (6 months pregnant/tired and working) I will get to it eventually.
This same day, within a couple of hours, I received an email from this company stating they were sending a replacement (new) car. I was shocked. Thinking to myself, I did not sign up for the warranty.
Within a couple of weeks, I received a brand-new car. So, a few months later (yes even more pregnant) I dismantled the old car and put the new car together. I didn’t think my son would notice (I put the new car in the same spot as the old car), but he did.
When he arrived home from daycare, he went directly to the car and had the biggest grin on his face. He saw the side view mirror (he had to touch it), got in and out of the car and started it up.
I am one of those people who do not do write reviews, but I had to on this one. Sorry for being late (end of August 2024) with my review and yes, baby girl has arrived.

5.0 out of 5 stars Grandma of the year!

I bought this jeep for my granddaughter for her third birthday. She absolutely lost her mind when she opened it. They live in the city so she mostly rides it on the sidewalk. They walk almost every evening for about an hour hour and a half where she drives in her jeep. I would have to say that they go at least 3 to 4 vials easily without any indication that this battery is starting to get tired. they do keep it on the charger when not in use, but have had no problems with the life of the battery. My granddaughter loves that they can Bluetooth music for her if she’s riding along. There have been many kids who have asked to go for a ride, and even though it has a single seat, there is plenty of room for an additional child. Just products came with a lot of pieces, but was very easy to put together. They instructions are very easy to follow as well. Everyone is very happy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great little ride on!

So this purple jeep is adorable. Assembly wasn't that complicated, all parts were present. Bluetooth works well, car has a skinny 5 point belt and we definitely leave the cover off the remote control so we can just pop a battery out when we are done for the night. That is really the only negative. If we left the cover on the back the of the remote control, the batteries would die, as there is no off switch! Ours did arrive with a small fracture in the plastic near the battery charging port. Not that visable or causing issues though so we didn't return. We are satisfied with the purchase overall. Most importantly, our toddler LOVES to take a long drive. We are only charging every few days.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works good but remote kills batteries way too fast...

My son is 2 years old and loves it! We use the remote with it because of his age. We like that it has a remote, however, that remote sucked dead three sets of batteries in two days but we didn't use it that much as we didn't even get thru the first charge on the car itself before having to replace the control batteries. The other thing with the remote I do not like is there's no off and on switch. And a lot of the times it starts blinking out of nowhere and was making me have to turn the car off and back on so it would reconnect and work again. Wouldn't be such a big deal if my son knew how to drive it himself but when I was far away from home and it did that I could not figure out why it kept doing that and would just stop working until I turned the car off and back on, then it blinks a while and finally works again. I bought brand new Duracell AAA batteries and according to the control, it still only showed 2/3 bars for battery life power. Which I didn't understand because it would never show fully charged whether new or not. They just get sucked down in a day like 30-45 mins of use. The Bluetooth works nice but the volume is not very loud at all unfortunately so I didn't care for that as much either. Putting it together was a pain in the butt haha the getting started is the hard part but once you're past the initial couple steps it was pretty smooth sailing. Took roughly 50 minutes to get it out together between me and my man. Other than that's it can be adjusted to a faster setting under where the plug for charging the car is, and it can be in a higher speed or switch it back for lower speeds. The low speed I can comfortably walk next to him without going too fast for me or letting him get too far ahead and the faster speed let's him get a decent distance ahead of me. He just loves riding around. If the remote issues were fixed honestly my review would be a much happier one.
However, all that being said, he loves the car because he just gets to enjoy chilling and riding. But from the parents perspective and knowing what it should and shouldn't be like, I would be much happier with it overall if those quirks were worked out but am still glad I got it especially for the price, which is not bad at all considering what else is on the market with remotes and how they're $300+. So I am happy for that that he got a nice gift without breaking the bank too badly and that he's happy with it. If he's happy I'm happy !

5.0 out of 5 stars Great car, buy an upgraded battery for 30 dollars
Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2024
The car runs great and my daughter has had many rides in it a this point. Having a remote to control is perfect for younger ones before they understand it.

The battery it comes with is not good and only 4.5 amp hours. You can buy a battery that is about 3 times larger and lasts a very long time for only 30 dollars and it fits perfectly in this vehicle. It is called “ExpertPower 12 Volt 12 Ah Rechargeable Battery with F2 Terminals || EXP12120”. I added that upgrade, you just unscrew the back rest and seat, pry a little glue off the existing terminals, plug in the new one and you are done. Very simple and no special knowledge needed
