Y'all, this cute round speaker and twin microphone set says it's for kids, but it super stylish enough for adults to bring for song, theatre, or speech practice and fun enough for bringing the karaoke party. The handle looks like leather and the two microphones match the speaker and are easy to hold. The volume is good for a full room, and the machine picks up bluetooth on my iPhone and pairs seamlessly. The reverb is significant, and there are a few bells and whistles I'm still figuring out. This machine talks to you as actions happen, so you know it's working and that you got it set up right - a feature I really like. The sound may take some more tweaking to get the bass and treble balanced, so for now I give sound quality a solid 4+. Out of four different portable karaoke machines, this is my personal favorite. It does remove vocals via the independent microphones and each mic can be adjusted for reverb and volume separately. There is a so-so light show with the lights changing color, but it's not a feature that is important to me. For the price, this is a home run party starter, gift for a budding singer, and it can double as a speaker for tunes from you phone or other device. This is a great set with a lot of features and my favorite of the four I tried.

I ordered this little Karaoke machine for my family, and for family get togethers for all the kids, or adults. I expected something that the kids would enjoy, but I figured it would be far too childlike for the adults to enjoy. This, I was wrong about lol. Especially the older teens and young adults had a lot of fun with this machine. Even adults of varying ages had a great time participating. There are more features than I expected, including a couple different ways to change your voice, which everyone was a fan of.

It comes with two microphone's, which makes a huge difference, as opposed to just having one microphone. The microphones are sturdy and feel nice in your hand. And on top of all that, the little speaker actually produces great sound quality. This little thing can get very loud if you want it to, much louder than you would think.

I recommend this karaoke machine to all kids and big kids of any age. For family fun, friend fun, or entertaining a small crowd, it is actually worth more than the price tag, in my opinion. Enjoy!

This karaoke set has been a source of endless fun (and noise:) in our home. The portable bluetooth speaker ensured that the kids enjoy this new toy everywhere. The sound quality is good, and the beige color gives it a sleek look. My children love singing Taylor Swift songs, and it's been wonderful to see them performing. This machine is perfect for family gatherings and parties and for regular playtime. Wouldn't recommend if you want to keep your home quiet.

The Someyou Karaoke Machine for Kids, Portable Bluetooth Karaoke Speaker with 2 Wireless came packaged like I wish all my packages came packaged. The box and packing material held the contents without movement so the item was received in great condition. The unit itself is a great size and extremely portable. For such a small device, the has quite a few fun features. The different voices (Child, Male Female, Monster & Normal) make the experience fun. The unit has a great volume range and I could see someone using this to make announcements over a crowd if needed. On the highest volume setting, the karaoke machine overpowered an indoor space I only connected to my iPhone vis Bluetooth but it was seamless. The sound is clear and pretty good quality. The microphone(s) auto-connect to the unit for an even more seamless operation. The microphones also come with individualized volume settings. So someone could sing in a monster’s voice while another could sing in a child’s voice at different volume settings while the speaker controlled the overall volume. My wife finally asked me to turn it off after the 4 or 5 classic rock song. I guess I should have spent some money on singing lessons. We got this unit so we can sing along with our grandson and his children’s songs. Although this unit was described as a karaoke machine for kids, I was surprised the instructions clearly state in the safety warnings to place the unit on a stable surface and not to drop it. I suspect that given the unit has a flexible handle that my grandson will carry and use the unit at the same time and I am sure it will get dropped. I will have to wait and see on the durability of this device. I deducted 1 star for the durability warning.

I picked up this set to have a way to play music and amplify voices at an outdoor family get together that included speeches and (possibly) singing.
Pros:
Fantastic speaker sound quality for playing music! We'll continue using this at home.
Cute design and speaker lights can be changed or turned off completely
Easy to connect to a phone
Rechargeable -- can be plugged into any 5V battery pack or wall wart
Microphone fits in a pocket if you want to control usage at an event
Short pressing on/off on mic after turning it on will control reverb and music volume, and regular volume using the +/- keys. We had to play with this feature to figure it out.
Volume control on both mic and speaker
Long press on microphone bottom button quickly returns mic to a normal setting
~30 foot range on mic
Cons:
Microphone has normal and magic settings: child's (creepy doll sound), men's (great), women's (cartoon/infantile), and monster (bass). It gets annoying quickly when kids/teens mess around with the microphone at a family event. If you're sensitive to noise, use at home might also become challenging.

Overall, a fantastic speaker and fun mic for home/family use.

I guess I don't understand karaoke machines... I don't like the weird voice it gives, but I guess that's fun for kids? Its not my thing, but it does work and it is pretty cute.
