90s girlie here, and when I saw this I absolutely had to have it! $50 seemed a bit high at first, but once it saw it in person I can understand the price. It is so detailed and has tons of little secrets to uncover and little pieces to place around the scene.

As a 30 year old with no kids, I won’t be playing with it. It will just be on my shelf. It’s a good size to display and I love the sorting hat. You can place a character on the chair and push it down to reveal what house they are part of! There are glitter stars in the front case and the candles can even be pulled up and down. The train even has rolling wheels.

The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t get the dolls to sit in the chair properly, their hands make it so they don’t fit well. And at the table I wish there had been proper sitting slots for the character, because they kind of fall. But these are small complaints, overall I love it. If you are a Harry Potter fan, Polly Pocket fan or just a 90s kids this is perfect for you.

I bought this as a collectors piece for my home office. Love HP and Polly Pocket. I think it’s a great piece for display but not if I wanted to play. I feel like it doesn’t come with enough pieces or characters. It would have also been nice if it had a light up feature to highlight it alittle more. Value is just OK. I think the older versions were nicer and will keep an eye out on EBay.

I purchased this for my nieces that are currently HP obsessed. They are 10 and 8. They LOVED them. I will also say that all the parents were pretty envious and enjoyed looking at all the details and little pieces that were included.
