It's my great grand daughter's 7th birthday present. Of course, I opened and unwrapped it completely to check it out. It was wrapped very well and easy to put together.
I was amazed at how well made it is, and is really beautiful. The horses mane and the girls hair is so soft, and the clothing beautiful.
Now it's hidden away for Melody's special day!

I was able to snag this doll and horse set on sale for 65% off at only $14.16. The value of the doll alone surpasses the cost, making it a fantastic deal. The set includes a 14-in tall doll and a 14-in tall horse. The doll features a light complexion, ice blue eyes (that don't close), long eyelashes, and soft light brown hair braided down her back. She is dressed in an equestrian outfit and ready for adventure with brown plastic boots, a pink glitter cowboy hat, denim pants with embroidery, and a cotton blouse with iridescent fringe. The blouse and pants are secured at the back with velcro. The horse was larger than expected and is made of hard hollow plastic. It comes with a removable plastic saddle and halter and is adorned with pink glitter on the hooves. I did notice when I was putting the halter onto the horse's head that the tan paint does scratch very easily. The horse's mane has pink and silver glitter strands and the tail has a few silver glitter strains. The horse is way too big to use with a Barbie doll but can work with an American Girl doll. The doll has posable limbs made of bendable metal covered by squishy plastic, allowing her to ride the horse. Overall, this purchase was a steal considering the quality and interchangeability with other doll clothes like Wellie Wishers.

I was so impressed with this doll and horse set. It’s 1 1/2 size larger than Barbie sets. The doll’s hair is reastic and her boots finish the outfit. If this set goes on sale again I will buy two more for my other granddaughter s! I highly recommend this set.

Super cute doll and pony set. I got one for my daughter and her friend and they love playing with them. The only issue is that the legs of the doll do not fit on the horse well. You have to hold her in there.

Love this set. We collect the Glitter Girls and Horses. I love this one though we were disappointed that the saddle was an English hunt saddle and not a western saddle.

The doll and horse did not disappoint.

Excellent quality and wonderful to give as a gift to any horse lover.

I bought this as a birthday gift so I was disappointed that it came in a cardboard box instead of the expected display box these dolls are usually packaged in the store. I didn't see anything in the description about this item being a frustration-free packed item. The doll and horse are very cute. I was just expecting it to be more "present" worthy.

Beautiful doll and horse. However, I wish it was designed for the doll to actually stay on the horse during play. The legs are very stiff. There's no way to attach the doll to the horse.
