Exactly as described. Once inflated lasted @ full capacity for 2 weeks; then they started to deflate. Got them for my son's 21st birthday party & they were a HIT. In order to have them line up correctly so they stay put as 21 I tied them individually to a little balloon weight box that you can get @ party city or dollar tree. The only problem you might have is getting them blown up... I was able to pay a small fee for the blow up with helium & strings @ my local 99Cent store.
Keep in mind... Not every store will do this because you did not purchase them from their store. They did come with a blow up a straw to do it yourself but IMO that defeats the purpose of buying a mylar balloon... IJS!
