it seems to be a decently strong deck with booster +1+1 stats and token creation. Neyali is a very good Commander and this precon works well with her, love the deck so far.

The deck seems well put together. I got it for 35 and the total marker price for all my cards was 53. There was 4 mystic and only a few common cards. The majority was rare and the rest were uncommon. The package arrived in really good condition

Nice token deck to build around.Easy upgrades. I'd suggest grabbing a few double master packs as well.I always get 1-2 goodies in there.(Got a Phryxian altar last pack) Good for new players,nice gift.Especially at 20$ bucks!
