Frame is as described, lightweight and fit to size it said. My only complaint is there is a dent on the frame when it arrived. It was packaged well so I'm guessing it was dented before shipment. However that being said it is on the top so I kept it knowing that it is not in view.

I have no complaints about this puzzle frame. It’s exactly what I wanted. The front is acrylic, not glass, so it’s safe. It was easy to get the back side off and put back on. It fit my puzzle exactly—but I measured the puzzle and double-checked my order to make sure I purchased the correct size. It looks good up on the wall. I would buy again.

Item received in good condition, frame is well made and my puzzle fitted into it very well. Looks beautiful. The hanging hook behind the frame may not be sufficient to withstand the weight. I may have to add additional hooks. Other than that, a good product!

This 24x30 puzzle frame worked perfectly for my needs. It does seem a little less durable than other frames, but it will work just fine for my needs. Puzzle fit perfect and did not need trimmed down.

The frame is as expected, and the puzzle looks great in it, but the black mat was stuck to the bottom of the frame and tore off a little. Is it possible to get just the mat replaced? The puzzle is a little smaller than the frame and the black mat works best as a backing.
