    The product is poorly marketed, and my wife mistaked it as a new controller. Even considering her lack of knowledge of these things, this should be more clearly marketed as what it is. Refurbished. The charging dock, doesn't work properly. The controller needs to be repaired, I ordered a soldering kit and thumbsticks to replace them; because the stick drift makes it unplayable. The Elite 2 controllers internal parts are really sensitive, and I wouldn't risk a refurb from a 2nd rate seller; unfortunately my wife already purchased it.

    Second time I've bought this controller now, both times they came with issues out of the box. On the first one the RB button does not work unless you slam on it with the palm of your hand. The arrow pad on the second one only works like 20% of the time and the right stick sticks when you try to move it to the left. Not happy

    Ordered this because it was cheaper than normal, did not come with a case or anything, just wrapped in bubble wrap and was not an actual Elite Series 2 controller. Also was used, and has a tape mark on the bottom that will not come off. Scam.

    They didn't say it was refurbished it came wrapped in bubble wrap and most importantly it doesn't work. Two buttons on the controller don't even work it's crazy someone would even try to sell this thing for $114 with two buttons not working one being the start button. Amazon needs to do a better job of who is on their page selling things.
