I played this thing for a couple hours here’s some good qualities:

If you are looking to get into virtual reality I highly suggest you buy this over the Quest 2. It’s exactly like the Quest 3 just without 2-3 features.

The quality is actually insane, and design and lightweight feeling is so nice. Compared to its predecessor models.

The battery life and speed is exactly how described.

Also the Facebook game new Horizons is dead don’t buy it for that please lmao.

But this is exactly what you’ll purchase for gaming and a fun experience I suggest buying this over any headset if you are starting out or just wanting a great quality headset for price.

Love the Meta Quest 3s. This is my first Meta Quest and I have to say how great of a platform it is. It’s great for gamers who want to have a different experience with gaming. My favorite games is boxing “The Thrill of the Fight”. Great game and the Meta Quest makes it better. It’s a great workout if you love physical games.
Made of a durable material. Easy to use.

For my first home VR experience, this headset does an absolutely great job as an introduction. The headset has good graphics, runs well, & plenty of storage for a much cheaper price than what other companies are offering. Another plus is that I can connect wirelessly to my PC & play games that I already own on Steam.

I just got the Vr about a week ago. Delivered earlier than is said which was amazing. Only problem was the packaging was open which is a red flag for me because this is an electronic device. Amazon has never been good about handling packaging lightly and I personally think there should be a label that is breakable but that is not the point. I wouldn’t recommend ordering a device from Amazon again.

Week later update. I have played it and is absolutely amazing. Everything works. Cameras are a bit fuzzy when using the option to see your space but that is not the main thing. The only thing is the games are a bit pricey but still very fun. Love that there is options to add free games and there are different worlds for online. Overall great purchase and would recommend.

My first foray into VR and I'm quite impressed. It's a real bargain at $300. I bought it for Travel, Entertainment and Education and it fills the bill completely. My travels have taken me to the reefs of Fiji and the peaks of the Dolomites, and it's better than being there. Saved thousands in airfare. Mixed Reality is simply astonishing. Watch a small rocket ship come down through your ceiling and land smack on the dining room table. How'd they do that? I may have to play a game or two. Table Tennis perhaps? Was concerned about eye strain but am adjusting quite well. Good job Meta.

Before my review this is what you should go away with.

DO NOT BUY and if you did buy it, GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

If you have the quest 2 and don’t want to upgrade to the 3, then don’t get the 3S. if you do want to upgrade, just spend the $200 difference. you get far more storage, better lenses, and better electronics.

The meta quest 3s is all of the worst qualities of the quest 2 but at least the quest 2 can track track your hands better. the only thing the 3s has going for it is color pass through. it is over priced when compared to the quest 3. It doesn’t have headphone jack, and it can’t adjust exactly to your eyes. Yes, many of these problems comes with the quest 2 but having a quest 2, 3, and 3S i can say that the 3S is actually lower quality to the quest 2. the frame rate for the one I bought is also slower for some reason.

I also bought quest pro controllers ($200+) to give me a more immersive VR experience. turns out that the quest 3s is the only quest that doesn’t support these controllers. both the quest 3 and quest 2 can support. It is painfully obvious that meta put out the cheapest headset and priced it equal to the 3 (if comparing storage space prices) just to upsell people to the 3.

After a few months of his nephew using the Meta Quest 3S, it’s safe to say this VR headset has been a hit. The 128GB storage provides ample space for a variety of games, and the intuitive controls make it easy for a 12-year-old to navigate and enjoy. The graphics and immersion are impressive, creating an engaging experience that’s both fun and safe for younger users. It’s a fantastic option for introducing VR to kids with its user-friendly design and quality performance.

The quality was very good. You can play a bunch of Xbox games and it comes with the storyline game, Batman, Arkham shadow and meta-quest plus for three months all for free and with meta-quest plus you can get 30% off of the game that you wanna buy The shipping was very fast and for the same price as the meta-quest two you get pretty much the same thing as the three you can get past through mode with color unlike the two for the amount that I paid I think it is very good. I’ve been using it for a very long time and the storage. Is the perfect amount.
