    SCAM! doesn’t work! This is pathetic that Amazon would even allow this to happen to its customers, there are so many reviews stating the same thing, I should have done my further research the one time I do not pay attention to the reviews because it was “most bought” here we are my son is disappointed! This is truly upsetting, no return or refunds. Absolute SCAM! Don’t chance it!

    Cannot redeem code!!! It says the code has already been redeemed ??? Very disappointed & a huge disappointment for my husband who has been trying to set up the game to play with our boys.

    This was a "digital code" purchase and it was quick and easy.
    I received the e-mail with the code pretty much instantly, copied and pasted the instructions, a picture of the game and the code, printed that and wrapped it for Christmas.

    This is ridiculous it said the product downloaded but it isn’t anywhere in the system. Contacted Xbox they were no help said to contact EA sports, and Amazon support was nowhere to be found!! The game does not even show up on the customer support purchases because Amazon doesn’t support it apparently!!
