    My Wii U was running in its og battery & began dying so it was time to replace it after 12 years. Went in easy with the handy supplied screwdriver & it holds a charge. Fit, function, & quality are all there with this battery.

    My Wii U would not charge properly for the longest time, and it was an inconvience. I then found out it was because the battery inside the gamepad had stopped functioning. This replacement charger was at a great price, and was easy to install into the gamepad. Definitely recommend!

    Our original battery stopped holding a charge and required it to always be plugged in when in use. This was very easy to replace! It came with the screw driver in the box and the battery was a perfect fit! Now we no longer have to keep the gamepad plugged in and the charge holds for quite a long time.

    This was cheaper than other options and worked well. Our Wii U wouldn’t hold a charge. My son wanted to try replacing the battery before tossing it out. He found these online and purchased them and crossed our fingers.

    We can finally ply the Wii U again without having to have it docked which limited the games we could play.

    It was easy to get the battery in and out. No issues at all.

    This product came with a screwdriver ???? which was nice! HOWEVER, plugging in the battery was extremely difficult compared to original battery BUT it's still possible. The battery slides in with some force, make sure it's facing the correct way and don't break anything!

    This thing works. The connector is a bit tough and requires some actual force to get the plug in where it goes. But that’s how Nintendo designed it. The video review for this the lady isn’t even trying to shove it in where it clearly goes.

    The package also came with a mini screw driver to open the battery compartment on the gamepad. That was helpful. I already had one but that’s great for those that don’t.

    So far this has been great for brining back to life the old Wii U gamepad that wouldn’t hold a charge and the battery capacity is more than the original one the gamepad came with. For the price it’s amazing.

    This works and fits just fine. I can't see how that video review is at all accurate. Unless they damaged the port that the battery plugs into this is just wrong. It does take some extra pressure for it to click into place but make sure it's positioned correctly first and exert some extra force to feel that click and you should be good to go! I will update once i can experience the battery life.
