    I'm a broke college student how is lucky to have a projector and this works perfectly with my wii! Due note that you have to put it at the bottom of the screen, It works amazing!

    I got this because my one cat chewed up the wire on both my wired sensor bars I have, making them useless. :( Due to some of the reviews I saw for this, I was a bit apprehensive at first about buying this, but I decided to go for it, especially since I have a Prime membership. When I tried it, I had a heck of a time getting the battery door cover off (without breaking off the tab or the door itself), but I think it got stiff because it's brand new because after I used it a few times, the door released a little easier. I do like the fact that they included 4 AAA batteries – I do have my own batteries, but I'd prefer to just use these for as long as they last instead. The tabs on the included stand don't quite fit in the holes on the bar correctly, so I can't really use that – I was able to get it together & try it, but that makes it very unstable for on top of my TV. I know it has a sticky pad on the bottom of the stand, but I don't want my TV to get a sticky mark on it from using that, so I opt out on the stand altogether. I just kinda try to balance it on the top of the TV like I did with my old one, which can be challenging, but I manage to do it eventually. I had to turn up my sensor bar sensitivity to 4 instead of letting it at 3 like it was because when I was playing a game, I noticed it wasn't picking up the signal correctly, so... easy fix. I did read some people mention about that, so I assume it's just how this product works. Oddly, it doesn't seem to need to plug into the Wii like the old ones do, so... better still IMO. Overall, it's great & I'll no longer have to worry about wires again... :D

    We tried using a plug in sensor and it refused to work correctly. We turned this on and it worked right away. My teens are loving being able to play the Wii again.

    it worked fantastically, and even at great distance! until a week later... I thought it died at first but it even refused to work with fresh batteries. I pointed a camera at the sensor bar to see the infrared lights and they only show up on one side which prevents it from working correctly. Very unfortunate hardware error.
