    A review from not a longtime Sims fan (I played a bit of 3, I have played "only" roughly 200hrs of Sims 4), I absolutely love this gamepack and would recommend it to anyone who likes the idea of vampires in their game! Personally I haven't run into any annoyances, such as vampires breaking into my house/apartment that I've heard others complain about. I suppose it's random, though if it happened I'd personally find it more hilarious than irritating.

    I'm not one for enjoying my Sims dying and playing legacies, so vampirism offers a very interesting way to keep my favourite characters around for as long as I'd like. Vampires also come with unique challenges (such as taking weaknesses) or finding ways to go out and have fun in the sun with their friends. I am also fond there's ways to ward off vampires in-game, and even help them turn back into a human (or become a vampire hunter and forcibly do so!).

    The pack comes with some exceptionally lovely build items too; the furniture and wallpaper are my favourites, though the 'gothic' style clothing is fantastic too!

    Unlike the others who don't seem to be that bright this is a code you redeem on Origin and as of right now its a pre order type of thing till its released by EA later today. Vampires focus on vampires only and gives you a new neighborhood with 5 lots which 1 is empty. Two households reside here as well. This game pack focuses on the creatures of the night wether you want to be one, have them in your game, or just want the CAS/build items. This game pack offers plenty of content for anyone, especially those looking to pimp out the Goth house. Vampires are old fashion with bat transformation. They cannot be in the sun and they do not sparkle. Nor do they fight werewolves over some ugly girl that can't act. You unlock abilities and weaknesses for balance and challenge as you craft your Sims into different kinds of vampires. Be a charmer, noble, creeper, etc. There is one new woohoo location which is the coffin. Plasma Fruit makes a return but as a tree instead of a ground plant. Most CAS stuff is geared towards adult female Sims.

    I love this game pack. You get a ton of new features including things to make your homes and surrounding areas very, very nice.
    Its not that expensive and you get a ton of new features. There are some points that are pretty stupid about the game pack, like teenage vampires, they go to school and when they return home they are exposed to sunlight, which is pretty dumb seeing as how they can die. Vampire sims continually hiss, which makes them enemies with mortal sims, even though there is a weakness that does the same thing, if you don't choose the weakness then your vampire shouldn't hiss, but who knows? The gothic items really make building houses lots of fun, especially underground levels (where I keep my coffins and my plasma tree's. I don't have any screen captures but when I get some free time I will take captures and post them here so you can see how I made underground worlds.

    yep, the code worked. gotta go through origin still though so you might as well just buy it from there directly. you need the base game and internet connectivity to play.
    EA is terrible for their low content games and for standardizing dlc. sims 4 requires several expansions for it to have the amount of context you would expect at release. even if you buy hard copies of their games you still have to run them all through origin. theres only one game like sims though, so im stuck with them

    Love love love this pack. From the CAS to the build and buy to the world to the gameplay, it’s all excellent and detailed! Very fun, highly recommend.

    If you like Vampires you should enjoy this. The Vampires are well done, and I am enjoying them. If you don't like Vampires, keep in mind you can't turn them off, so you might want to avoid this pack. Aside from Vampires you get some nice buy items, and I really like the handful of male CAS items, which are nicer then the clothing in the other packs, in my opinion. Downside, a bit buggy, for some reason my vamp needs to use the bathroom all the time, even though that meter is removed for vamps he still needs to go, so I gave him steel bladder, but it didn't help. Also would have been nice if they added more plasma recipes, I have only seen one so far. I also wish this was a full supernatural EP instead of just a GP. I miss fairies and alchemy.
