I purchased the Ozeino OW810 headphones for gamiing using my PS4 Pro system since it stated it was compatible with PS4 and PS5. The headphones arrived as scheduled in great shape. Unfortunately the headphones interferred with my Sony Dualshock Controller.
Went in and changed controller settings. No good. Controller was out of control while headphones plugged in. I reached out to their support tesm. After a few emails to assess the issue, Ozeino sent me another headphone set. These are model ZW1S. With Gaming listed on the box.
These were plug and play with no issues. These were perfect. I was looking for an inexpensive pair of gaming headphones. I believe these are a few dollars more than the first pair I bought. But worth it. I spent 2+ hours trying to get the first pair to work...came away frustrated.
Ozeino support tesm was great (thank you Yuna). They responded immediately and followed up every time. They shipped me the second pair at no charge.
If you are looking for an inexpensive pair of gaming headphones these fill the bill. At least for my PS4 Pro system! One happy gamer!!!

When this one came in, we plugged the USB Dongle into the USB Port of the Nintendo Switch and turned on the headset and it immediately connected! The padding ontop of the headset is nice and thick, so it was very comfortable to wear! His friends also commented on how much better he sounded compared to the other headsets we had tried!
I really like that we can separate the mini dongle from the main dongle to connect to the USB-C port on a phone or laptop PC.
After using the headset for a few days, my son ran into a problem. I reached out to Ozeino Customer Service and heard back almost immediately. They recognized the issue and offered to send a replacement. It took about 10 days for the replacement part to arrive, but once it did, the headset is working GREAT again!
I highly recommend this headset to anyone (adult or child) looking to chat with friends while playing video games!

The new thing about the headset that I don't mind is that it talks to you. It says hello when it powers on or mentions when the battery is low or you hit mute. It's kinda helpful.
