These controllers are excellent! They pair to pretty much any device with Bluetooth. They don't have gyro control or pressure sensitive buttons, but who needs that? These are solid controllers. They feel nice in the hand. The buttons are snappy and responsive. The analog sticks feel like official controllers. The analog triggers work well, and work as analog axes or buttons on PC. These are better than any controller I ever bought for $15, and they cost even less. If you're looking for PS3 controllers or decent Bluetooth controllers for PC or mobile gaming, then look no further.
One thing to note however, are games that only recognize Xbox controllers. There is no x-input mode, so you will need to use an older version of X360CE (I believe I used 2.3) as current versions won't function correctly. But once all that's set up, and you have the files in the game directory, it works well. I played Alan Wake for a few hours with it. I haven't tested it, but Steam controller support might work to do this as well.
