5.0 out of 5 stars Stylish and Quality.

I've had this remote for about 3-4 months now and I've had 0 issues with it. Has a long battery life, mine lasts about 7-8 hours (total usage not all in one sitting) without needing to charge and it charges pretty quickly considering how long the battery life lasts. I've even dropped it about two times by accident about a foot off the ground and I haven't seen any drift or any delayed button inputs. Definitely worth the $60 in my opinion at least.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pretty cool

These controllers are pretty cool, they are pretty nice but if you play consistently like I do after about roughly 6 months say goodbye. The stick drift is gonna just slowly get worse and worse. I had to do overnight shipping bc I lost an ncaa match with stick drift. I couldn’t run correctly or audible routes. So it depends which stick if not both sticks get drift. But they’re nice and work really good. It’s just like I said, but I’ll add more. DO NOT plan to have this for longer than 5-6 months if you consistently game. Thank you for your time ????????

5.0 out of 5 stars Expensive, but a solid controller overall

There's a part of me that balks at shelling out $60-70 dollars for a controller. I'm old school where I think a system should come with two, but those days are long gone.

I bought this to hook up to my Steam Deck. I had a PS5 controller that I used to make sure it worked, but it's a pain to have to keep pairing it with a different device each time, so I got a dedicated controller.

The quality is good on these. You can use them for a long time before needing to replace them. I knew what I was getting and this model didn't deviate from that at all. It was easy to connect and works just how I was hoping it would.

If I'm going to fork over that kind of cash then I'd like to know that the product is a quality product, and in the case of the official PS5 controllers, it always is.

5.0 out of 5 stars Durable, pretty color, charges great

In a house of 3 rough and tumble boys and an equally as tough husband- this controller is the testament of durability.

Through all of it’s rough use with fast button pressing (Resident Evil games, Elden Ring, all fighting games imaginable), to the agonizing rage quits and controller throwing, and also to the questionable use by my 5 year old for Minecraft, Bugsnax and that PS5 robot game, this controller has withstood it all and is still like new.

This controller is the true champion and I am still in awe of its durability and functionality after all of this time. Two previous controllers have met the back of the Tv stand’s graveyard with their broken buttons. Not this controller, it is still going.

I love the purple color, it stands out in the living room and makes it easier to find when the kids “look” for it. It charges fast when actually left to charge for more than a minute. Honestly, I’m happy it still charges at all after my 5 year old has ripped it off the cord charger so many times like a gremlin. Yet it perseveres and charges like normal.

5.0 out of 5 stars Will not turn on SOLUTION!!
Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2024
Initially my son called me in a panic because he had left his new controller charging on the docking station all day and tried using it to play and it would not turn on for him. We try to hard reset of the controller and check to make sure that the devices software was up to date on the PS5 with his controller and that was all good.

So what to do? Still wasn't working. So you have to have a usb-c to usb-c to plug it from the controller to the actual PS5 in order to sync it. It did not come with this cable and so we were able to figure that out and it synced automatically when we did that.
So hopefully you have a USB-C to USB-C at home because it doesn't come with the controller. Otherwise you'll have to buy one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful

Really liking this purple. Holding up well so far after some pretty heavy use, I've had stick drift on two controllers so far so this was a replacement for those that failed out over time. Good luck to us all that these don't ever suffer the same fate because nobody likes throwing money into the garbage for name brand tech that has primary design flaws. Like I said though this one is holding up so far after a couple of months of daily usage. If it gets stick drift I'll update the review to mention when it happened.
