My experience was a very good one. Here is how I got to this point-My old power unit was the original one that came with the Xbox one which I bought in 2013. So it was 10 years old. I plugged that one in and it never left standby mode (yellow LED) and would not deliver power to the Xbox one (yes it was very clean and well maintained). When I bought this replacement unit, it was well packaged, and looked great. I plugged it in and immediately went into standby mode. When attempting to turn on the xbox it immediately went from the yellow LED to a white one and powered it up! I have used this unit several times playing some old games and I have had no problems. This was a well priced and very good quality replacement.

So far the product still working good after 7 days of use. If you get close enough to it. You can hear the fan going. But not to the point that is going to interfere with the sound/ volume of video games. I recommend this unit for the price I paid.

This does have a fan that will only run when the system is being used, but it is not loud. I am happy with my purchase.
