    We have kept both our original Wii, and our Wii U in good working order. However, getting controllers is becoming a challenge. OEM controllers I could not find. Used ones I could, but those would be a gamble on how well they work. I read many reviews and decided upon these.

    I was expecting some disconnections (but did not observe any). I never tried the num-chuks, so I cannot comment on how well they work. I used rechargeable ever-ready batteries and they worked just great, like in my OEM controllers.

    I liked they fact that they were red and blue. Its a nice contrast to the original white.

    Would I purchase them again: Yes

    Works great with Mayflash Dolphin Bar and Dolphin Emulator. Though first controller setup can sometimes be tricky. So far testing the controllers they have been working great even the nunchuck. I haven't played with them much yet but I was able to get 4 controllers working fine playing 4 player games on Dolphin. I will be using them to play games more here soon so hopefully, they work for long periods of time without any issues. So far they feel and work just as well as the original Nintendo Wii Motion Plus controllers I have.

    The first controller was a little tricky to get running. For some reason, the sync button on the Mayflash Dolphin Bar and the controller didn't work the first time. I have to follow some instructions I found to make Windows 10 see the Bluetooth devices of the Wii controller. After the first one was working though. The other 3 only required me to hit the sync button on the Dolphin bar and these controllers.

    The instructions I used were as follows:

    How To Get It To Work With Windows 10 and Dolphin.
    1) Attempt to connect your Wii controllers via normal Bluetooth.
    2) When asked for a code, enter 0000 or any four different codes. This will fail. This is expected.
    3) Open up the Windows Control Panel. Click "add device". There, you should see the option to add a Wii controller. Add the controller. When asked for a code, continue without entering one.
    4) Launch the Dolphin Emulator. Navigate to the control configurator. Select "real Wii remote" on the player 1 control scheme.
    5) launch your game, and it should work.

    But you may get lucky and not need to do these steps. However, now you know if you have issues.

    The media could not be loaded.
    We have a Wii but sit in Namibia, Africa. When friends travel abroad, we tend to order through them. The remotes were packaged well and were received in good order. The controllers synced quickly to the Wii console, but problems were detected in sensitivity and connectivity, especially in multiplayer games such as Mario Kart. The controllers would function fine and suddenly lose connection to the console during gameplay (i.e., you couldn't turn or use buttons in the game). Olivia from TechKen was, however, accommodating throughout the testing period to resolve the issue and finally issued a full refund.

    Im not sure if these will work with an actual Wii since I don't have one. I got these for my PC to use with the Dolphin emulator and the MayFlash dolphin bar sensor. The remotes connect to the sensor just fine, but the buttons don’t register when having the settings set to real wii remote. The buttons do register when it’s set to emulated wii controller, but the Nunchucks don't register at all. The IR sensor input doesn't register, nor does the motion input. And the controllers are cheaply made. I do not recommend these. Just get real wii controllers if using them for PC emulation.

    Both remotes and nunchucks came very well packaged, and connected to the wii no problem. However, I'm not sure they're properly synced. The cursor is jittering like Peanut on coffee and RedBull, and the movement is either excessive or delayed. Although this mad for some hilarious frisbee throws and bowling rolls, and the world's highest scoring golf games, it did mean that we had to all share the one remote after all. Everyone else seems to have gotten theirs replaced by better ones if they had problems, but I may have delayed this review for too long to get that. Oh well. Not saying don't buy 'em. Just saying if you get defects, don't wait to report like I did. Who knows, maybe they'll have pity on me and send a better pair anyway, in which case, I'll bump up the rating and give credit where it's due.

    I ordered the blue and red wii motion plus remotes for my girlfriend and I and at first i was a little concerned because of all the negative reviews that i was looking at but i still chose to buy it and i can assure you that those people just got unlucky because both of my controllers work perfect. I tested it out on Wii Sports and on Wii Sports Resort and the motion plus worked excellent with Wii Sports Resorts which is a motion plus game. The connection is good and the battery life is good as well i played for about an hour or so and my controller is still at 4 bars of battery. It captures all of my movements perfectly fine whenever i play high movement intensity games like Wii Sports Resort table tennis. I recommend these controllers for sure and the colors on the controllers look great! I was genuinely expecting it to not work because of the negative comments but I'm glad i chose to buy it and gave it the benefit of the doubt. 10/10
