This makes the Quest 3 so much better!! The first time I played on our Quest 3, I felt too much pressure resting on my face and made me feel really uncomfortable and contributed to feeling queasiness. With this head strap, it's 100% better. There's no pressure resting on my face, I can easily remove and put back on the head set and adjust by simply twisting the knob in back, not having to deal with the straps. Yes, get this for your Quest 3!! It makes the headset so much more comfortable to wear and it's a good value.
