    I work from home and use this for Zoom and Teams calls as well as for voice-to-text dictation with Dragon software, and it works great! Its very comfortable, I love how lightweight it is, perfect for all-day use. The mic works well, and I like how it can be plugged in via the headphone jack or USB port, perfect for any device.

    I recently purchased this headset and I am very happy with it. It was inexpensive, lightweight, and has good sound and microphone quality. I use it for making calls from my computer for daily work and have had no sound concerns at all. The headphones were plug and play with Windows 11. They are made of plastic and are durable and the adjustable headband is easy to adjust and stays in place. They have a 3.5 mm plug that plugs into the controller section and the controller has a USB A plug that goes to your computer. The cable is long and needs to be managed at the desktop if you don't need the length; however, having extra cable length is better than being too short, IMO. Overall, this brand of headset is a bargain and an easy purchase decision if you are looking for an inexpensive headset that just plain works as described. It is not bad for gaming, podcasts, or music, not hi-fi by any means just acceptable overall. I would buy this exact model again if these break.

    I purchased these headphones a couple I purchased these headphones a couple of years ago, and for the most part, they did everything I needed. The only issue I had was that when I was on the phone because I work from home, sometimes the other person couldn’t hear me all the time. The sound quality was good, and the comfort was good. They recently broke, and so I’m going to try a different company or a different headphone just to see if I can get a better one, but these are really great for the price.

    These are some of the clearest headphones I've ever had! I purchased this for the purpose of online work meetings, but music is insanely well-defined on these too (coming from an experienced musician)! I had previously purchased a USBC to 3mm adapter, so I can use these both on the phone and with my computer. I find that the computer sound is clearer both for me and those I'm talking to is better if I use the USBA attachment. The cushioning on the ears is also very comfortable! Just be aware that these are louder for computer and phone calls than other headphones are--just turn down the volume as you begin the call and you'll be perfect. Still working well months after purchase.

    I needed a comfortable, reliable, high-quality headset for primarily online work. This headset not only has super comfy ear pads, but they adjust to any angle needed for your comfort, and the sound quality is top notch. I also appreciate that they can connect with an audio jack or a USB-C. Definitely recommend!!

    When plugged in the mute option does not work at all. It stays on red no matter the troubleshooting. It shows unmuted on computer but stays muted on headset, nothing I say can be heard. Please fix these issues before you sell these products, some of us need these for work immediately.

    It is important to know that the first day I recieved my head set one of them did not work I wrote to the company and they went above and beyond to assist and sent me a brand new pair I work from home and these are not only affordable you can’t hear the background comfort is amazing and the mic quality is awesome I love these I bought a pair before from another company and these are by far the best I have had thank you I will be purchasing anything else they come out with because I always need a another pair just in case I would like them to be a bit bigger but they are amazing by far so far
