5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome mouse!

I don't know if my opinions of this mouse are off because I've spent my whole life working with corded and wireless office mice with the customizability/functionality of a cinderblock, but this thing rocks! I've never used a mouse with software so I have nothing to compare it to, but it is a fine software that lets you customize EVERY button on the mouse (including the left and right buttons). It goes up to 8000 DPI as promised, and I love the three central buttons for DPI changing and for changing the polling rate. I see no reason to ever change the polling rate so I'll customize that to something else. The fire button is great for quick-opening drive files or anything else that needs a quick double-click, though I haven't tested it in a game yet. I got the wireless version which is already pretty good (I love that the wireless adapter can fit snugly into the bottom of the mouse in its own locked compartment, really smart!). But the cable they sent with it for charging is awesome too! It's a really awesome braided cable that isn't stiff at all, and I feel no tug or friction from it. It's as if it's not there, and honestly, I'd be fine using this mouse as a wired one full-time.

Lastly, this thing just looks cool, the LED customization is pretty good with plenty of options and an infinite amount of color choices, though the LEDs won't easily display the more vague colors. It has a nice rubberized grip on the thumb side which is really comfy, and it's a great quality-of-life addition. The LED bars going along the sides of the mouse are stylish, and in general, the LEDs of this mouse are not overbearing at all like many of the other gaming mice in the market at this price range. It also has some nice skates at the bottom that let it glide super smoothly. The plastic does show skin oils and food oils rather glaringly, but it hasn't been too bad of an issue for me so far. But for this price, what can you expect. Great value overall, would buy again!

5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptional Performance at an Unbeatable Price
Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2024
This mouse is honestly amazing, especially for the price. I've had my PC for a while, but now that I’m making good money, I wanted to upgrade my gaming setup and first was a keyboard and mouse. I checked out Walmart and Best Buy, but as many of you know, the prices for any decent wireless mouse or keyboard range from $80 to $200, which I think is outrageous.

So, I decided to check Amazon and came across the Redragon brand after doing some research. I ordered both a mouse and a keyboard, and I’m seriously impressed. I only paid $21 for the mouse, and it's incredibly smooth. The LEDs inside the mouse look fantastic, the design feels super comfortable in my hand, and the 2.4 GHz wireless connection has been perfect—no glitches or stuttering at all. I haven’t tried the Bluetooth connection yet, but everything so far has been working flawlessly.

One thing I really appreciated is that the mouse comes with a threaded cord, so you don't have to worry about it accidentally getting cut or breaking easily. It's durable and adds a little extra peace of mind. As a bonus, they even included stickers in the box, which is always a nice touch. If you're looking for a budget-friendly mouse that performs like a premium product, I’d definitely recommend this one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Decent, but a major annoyance with build quality
Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2024
Pros:
- good weight for the price
- pleasant material for the hand
- great DPI settings
- good ergonomics

Cons:
- documentation is lacking
- the braided cable is extremely stiff which can drag along things on the desk
- the left click button has a slight preemptive click, which is a deal breaker for me

The left mouse button is quite finicky. It leaves a subtle click in my index finger while applying natural resting pressure on the mouse, and this is the biggest turn off. I don't know if I somehow got a lemon or if this a widespread manufacturing defect, but I've used several Redragon mice before and each seemed to have its own problems. Acoustics of the clicks seem fine, but that little quirky click really messes with me. It's the biggest turn off and I can't open the mouse up to hopefully correct it. I was hoping it would be comfortable like my Trident mouse, but this one was a disappointment.

UPDATE: I got a replacement and it's a wonderful mouse after this one didn't have the same problem with the left click button. I can live with a stiff cable, but overall, it works wonderfully.

4.0 out of 5 stars Customizable and responsive gaming mouse

This is a good gaming mouse that offers many customization options. I like the 11 programmable buttons, which make it easy to set up different keybinds for various games. The software is intuitive and lets me tweak everything from button functions to lighting effects. The RGB backlighting with 5 different modes adds a nice touch, and it’s fun to customize. The build quality feels okay, but the mouse fits comfortably in my hand even during long gaming sessions. It’s a reliable and feature-packed option for gamers looking for good performance and flexibility.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best mouse for the money, bought 3 so far
Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2024
This is a terrific gaming mouse. Good weight and track feel. Bought one for myself, then my son’s not expensive razer mouse stopped working so I let him use it while we replaced it. He liked it better so I bought a second red dragon mouse for myself. He liked it so much on the pc that I bought a third one for him to use on his laptop at his mom’s house. Fast buttons on mouse to scroll between mouse sensitivity and RGB color designs. Colors are vivid and amazing. Like Red Dragon so much now I ordered the keyboard today, I hope it’s just as impressive. Much better mouse than others much more expensive. And if it ever goes bad, it’s cheap enough to replace without an issue. Big fan.
