Looks great, though the case is slightly too small for the Vita 2000. The Vita is unnecessarily difficult to get in and out under the two tight straps, and the case tends to press the power button. It should be just a few millimeters taller to avoid this.

After a couple of days I've played around with the case a bit and found that the power button is less likely to be pressed when the Vita is put in upside down (so that the button is up against the outer edge inside of the center hinge). I also have to make sure not to press the Vita down into the case before zipping it up. And the power button is less likely to be pressed when the Vita is laid on TOP of the two security straps instead of actually using them. The straps help to prop it up a bit so the button doesn't get pressed. This is obviously less secure, but since I don't have a child using the case I'm happy to not use the straps (which are themselves frustrating).

So I'll keep the case for now and see if I end up with a dead battery, and up my review from one to three stars. Obviously the customer shouldn't have to hack a case to get it to work as intended.

Has enough room for a cable in the pouch but not really enough room for the charger. A non OEM charger might fit better.
