Update 2-16-2020: Power supply started smoking and almost caught fire this morning. Contacted seller concerning 12 month warranty, will update review after hearing/not hearing back from seller.
Update 2-18-2020: My experience with customer service was epic. They responded within 12 hours of my email through Amazon and informed me my replacement was already on the way. The power supply burned up on Sunday and I had my replacement on Tuesday. Plus, then new unit doesn't have the bad fan noise, super quite. Hopefully it will last longer than a year this time.
