Nothing is worse than having the ball with less than two minutes left and you're driving into opponents territory and as you're about to throw the game winning TD pass, your controller battery dies. Get this and you score that TD as you watch your opponent rage quit.

It's fast charging and a great buy I had one for years but then it broke down so I bought a new one because I know it worked for. I had it one sense 2016 and it broke down last month

Built well and is working fine so far. Price is fair for name brand and I like the idea that you can play while it’s charging. Nine foot charging cord is a plus.

I honestly don’t know why Xbox controllers don’t come with charging built in, like PlayStation ones do. So much better than using batteries. Must have for your controller

This battery is the best rechargeable battery that I have come across for the Xbox controller. That being said, the fact that one battery costs half the price of a controller is ridiculous.

Bought a Series X and was dumbfound that it came with disposable AA batteries. Why is this still a thing?

Pack is easy to install and the onboard charging ability of the new controllers is great. Pack definitely lasts longer between charges than any aftermarket pack I've tried. Now my controller gets lost in random places instead of sitting in a charge cradle.

UPDATE: 6 months later the other battery wont hold a charge. I did not leave it plugged in so should not suffer from 'overcharging'. Awful experience. 1 DOA that cost as much as the battery (nearly) to return. The one that worked didn't work long. Better off buying $20 worth of Duracell batteries you'll get more legs out of them than you will these... Only good thing I got was a long USB-C cable

Bought two of these battery packs one works just fine and is a great product, holds a good charge comes with a nice usb-a to c cable that is long and feels high quality. The other was DOA. The battery never charged or put out any juice. It appeared like it was 'dried out' or something as it would rattle when I shook it. These were both new in box purchases. Aside from getting a DOA battery the return process was so painful.

The company did not give you a return shipping label so you as a consumer pay that. I paid $24 for a broken battery, and it cost me $14 just to return the broken product so I could get my money back. So in the end I am out 14 dollars and my time with nothing to show for it.

Idk but it just feels wrong that I have to pay to ship back a DOA product and it is experiences like this that will make me only by from amazon fulfilled products.
