Excellent product. My only concern is my son lost a battery… how do I get new ones without replacing the entire product. A full charge also only last about two hours which kinda sucks

This charging stand has been a great improvement to our Quest 2 experience. It's been wonderful to have an organized spot where the headset and controllers get put away after use and nothing gets lost. On top of that, of course, is the actual function of the stand - keeping the headset and controllers always charged and ready for play. This product does its job perfectly. The cutouts for all three pieces are such that they only fit the right way that ensures they will charge, and there are also helpful lights that show you when you've got them in and seated properly. On top of that, I love that you can turn the lights off for night time, so they aren't lighting up the room, or you can have them on as a pretty light show. My only slight gripe is actually a cool feature of the stand, the magnetic charging adapter for the headset. It works perfectly if you only ever use the device wirelessly and set it on the dock to charge. However, it does not allow for use of other accessories like a battery pack head strap or wired game streaming without trying to pry the adapter back out. Honestly, I can't fault the stand for that nearly as much as Meta for only having the one port available. This stand was easy to set up and use, seems durable, and I'd happily buy it again.

Fun and reliable way to charge your Quest 2

This charging dock for Quest 2 is really great, it charges both my headset and controllers very well. I like the fact that when I'm not using the controllers I can place them in the cradle to charge, there are blue LEDs that indicate the battery level but the Quest software is more accurate since the docking station will show 3 out of 3 LEDs but the controller is actually at 60 percent. Setup is simple just replace the existing battery covers with the ones provided

The batteries are not the typical rechargeable type, in fact if the batteries are not aligned properly in the controller they will not make contact with the charger contacts and the controllers will not charge. I would hope replacements can easily found. Charging the headset is as simple as connecting a magnetic USB-C charging connector. One thing I really like is that the RGB is simple and can be turned off if you like, and there is a simple color indicator for the headset, blue means charging green means full. Included are simple to understand instructions, 2 battery covers extra USB-C connectors USB-C cable and a wall adapter. So far this is a fun and reliable way to charge your Quest 2, i highly recommend it.

Really nice set for great price!

I was surprised at how cheap this set up was compared to others I've seen, so I honestly wasn't expecting much. But this is a nice set that comes with everything you need to convert your VR to wireless and rechargeable. You actually get 4 of the USB C magnetic connectors for the headset. So if you lose one or break it, you have several to spare. The controllers come with everything you need to convert as well, with new covers. The base feels pretty heavy and like it's built really sturdy. Has the grippers on the bottom so it stays put. The lighting is a nice feature as well so you can quickly tell what's charging VS done charging. It also came with another USB C plug that can hook up to the base and charge a phone, tablet, laptop, etc.

My only problem and it isn't a manufacturer problem, more of a user preference. My son uses the Pro grips that have a silicone cover on the whole controller and a strap that velcro around your knuckles. He likes that grip better for gorilla tag and boxing games. So I have not used the wireless charging for the controllers yet. It only needs a small hole in 2 spots for the wireless charger to connect. So I'm debating on poking a hole where the connectors are so we can have the best of both worlds. I'll update if I can successfully make it work with the grips and wireless charging. But overall this is a great set up for an even better price!

Everything works just as expected and it's really easy to use! The only downside with this is the magnetic charger part that plugs into the headset is very difficult to remove. I mainly play PC VR so I actually don't use this to charge the headset anymore because that little piece was way too hard to keep removing. It would be nice if there was an option to just plug the cable in vs having to use the magnetic connector but it's really not a big deal for me since the headset charges through PC VR. So I end up just storing my headset on here and it works great. If you used it standalone most of the time that wouldn't be a problem and it's a very quick and easy wireless charger to use. The other thing that wasn't great was the color of the pieces that go on the controllers don't really match the controller color. Its slightly off but you don't see it when you're holding it and it doesn't effect the functionality. Just something I noticed that kind of bugs me lol.

But overall I haven't had any issues with it and it works great! It's also nice you can turn off the RGB strip in the front so if you have it in your room it won't be shining a bright light while you're trying to sleep.

Great Charging Stand!

I'm really liking this charging base so far. It allows me to charge my Quest 2 and their controllers very easily. Build quality feels good, mostly made out of plastic but that's what I'd expect for a product like this. For the controllers, this kit includes rechargeable batteries, and a custom battery cover with electrical contacts so the batteries can charge from the outside. As for the headset itself, the kit comes with adapters for the USB C port, which allows it to be used with this stands magnetic charging cable. When I'm not using my Quest, I just plop it down on this stand and allow it to charge until the next time I use it. It makes charging very easy and convenient, at least compared to manually plugging in the switch and replacing AA batteries often. I've had no problems with this charging stand, and I highly recommend it!
