Now, despite appearances, this sticker is actually a bit thick and textured, making for a nice grip if you absolutely have to put something on the handles of the controller. It took some good, solid smoothing with a spudger to give it a smooth, edge-to-edge adhesion, but even just placing it regularly works just fine, and I adore the results.
I will say that your image may come out a bit smooshed in the vertical direction like mine, and while I'm happy with mine and it isn't that noticeable, it is something to be aware of when picking your photos to make into your sticker.
I'm definitely going to make a custom skin for my S/O though, as well as getting him a new controller to match ^^
