I was looking to revisit some old GBA games and also play some multiplayer DS games with my brother, and this DS Lite fit the bill perfectly. It's evident that it's a used console, as it features some minor scratches and wear. But it's otherwise in very good shape, arrived nice and clean, and works perfectly. For an older console, it feels pretty close to new. Exactly what I wanted!

Works well, plays the games, though the buttons have poorly printed on letters/designs and the bottom screen was put in crooked which is just enough to be annoying. I have no idea if that is because it was opened and refurbished or if Nintendo quality really dropped at some point, either way, not too much of a problem.
Over all, it works, I can play my games, the sound is great, and I am having a blast playing pokemon games with it, so it’s great

So glad I could find a replacement DS Lite for my husband’s birthday! His has been broken for some time and he’d been missing the games he couldn’t play. This was the perfect thing. It came in excellent condition and looks brand new!! The screens and buttons all work great and there are no scratches. He said it’s like he just unboxed it brand new 15 years ago. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you’re missing the nostalgia of the late 2000s

Purchased so my elderly mother could play a crossword game. We're not talking heavy use here. Worked fine for 6 weeks then stopped recognizing the game. Went through troubleshooting with Nintendo and customer support with Amazon and was told it was best to return it since we were within the warranty period. They accepted the return with a 50% restocking fee that was not mentioned ever in the hours and hours on the line with support!! Dont waste your time or money - they won't stand by their refurbishment or deal honestly.

Product arrived in excellent condition. Upon closer inspection, this product had been re-shelled, (an excellent job, too), and it had non-original buttons. The replacement buttons that were installed on this are low-quality, as the letters on them weren’t centered, and the start and select buttons had a small divit in them. (Original buttons do not have this divit). The lower screen was slightly yellowed (Original DS screens have this problem naturally), but it wasn’t terribly noticeable unless you were viewing a white screen. Everything on this console worked as intended. To summarize, the only things about this that didn’t seem quite perfect to me, was 1, the quality of the shell was a little low, but still works well, 2, the lower screen was slightly yellowed (as I said before, that is natural for an original screen, but I would have preferred that it would have been replaced). And finally 3, the d pad, xyab buttons, and start/select buttons were lower quality (still very useable though). That is why I gave this only four stars. It is excellent quality, but the repairs were done a little cheaper than I would have liked. The picture I have attached to this review was taken with the flash on so that the letters on the buttons are more visible.

Some frustration.

The media could not be loaded.
Looks and works like new. I bought a few games like Diamond and Pearl for the DS. Also Fire Red for GBA is working great with it. I want to buy another one but in the cart it shows as sold out. Yet it's available to buy? A bit contradicting. Would highly recommend buying from the seller if more are available. For Pokémon I recommend buying two consoles considering some Pokémon evolve via trading. I also got Pokémon Battle Revolution. The wifi capability is gone but at least combined with Diamond and Pearl it's fun.
