First order did not show, customer service was kind enough to send a replacement. Received and the item does not work. Fans blow at a very minimal speed. The adapters for the controller charging does not work, so I’m charging the remotes by cord connection. It makes a cool stand but it’s not the best quality. Not a good purchase

IF YOUR LOOKING AT IT…. Get it!!!! Got the ps5 for Christmas but due to is abnormal shaping it was hard to stand / store ! Got this stand, it was easy to put together.. cools the ps5 & chargers both controllers with ease.

After the first one did not work i requested a swap for a new one. Well... Lets just say to my surprise theres a big problem. For the fans to work it requires both usbs in the back of your ps5. Problem is you need one of them to use an EXTERNAL Hard Drive! WELL , the dock does have 1 usb drive BUT, YOU CANT USE THE EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE BECAUSE 1.) HARD DRIVE MUST BE CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO PS5 AND 2.)HARD DRIVE CAN ONLY BE CONNECTED TO REAR PS5 PORTS.. THIS IS USELESS!! SO MAD .

Was not really happy with this stand. Sometimes the controllers wouldn't connect with the supplied adapter if you didn't hit it just right. Also occasionally my PS rebooted/froze. Disconnected this for a week and it went away. So suspected was this and ordered a new one.
Wish it had more ports on it for other things you might want/need to connect.
Overall not impressed
