Easy to use. The picture quality is not impressive.
VR functions are really good for both 360 and 180.
The colour is not saturated enough.
Heavy on my head and not comfort for more than 30 mins.

Meta locked my account because it says it "can't confirm my age" because my kids once used my account to play instead of theirs.

Now despite trying to contact support through their website a 1/2 dozen times, I am still not able to get help. My requests are ignored. I can't speak to a live person because they don't offer live help or even chat help. My account is locked and my headset is useful only as a doorstop or paperweight.

I'd fill this entire review with F bombs if I thought Amazon wouldn't yank it. Don't buy. You'll regret it if you ever need any support. It's garbage.

I am only giving 3 stars as the product itself is very cool and I’m really looking forward to using it. However, when contacting the seller to try and troubleshoot my set-up issue ( which they ask you to do in the paperwork they send you before contacting anyone else). Needless to say, they told me they had never opened one of ‘these’ before and would not know how to help me… HUH? ????. So after an entire day troubleshooting it myself and resetting it to factory, I can use it.

Horrible product, awful support, DO NOT BUY. There are such better VR products there that do not involve having to deal with Meta or their poorly built hardware. This product is buggy and barely works most of the time, the web portal for managing it is poor, and you literally cannot talk to anyone but chat bots when trying to get something resolved with the flaky hardware. I will never do business with Meta or their cheaply built products again. Big mistake buying this thing. I'd give fewer stars if I could but 1 is the minimum.

Beware buying games and making accounts for your kids, they bought 8-10 games and then they were gone and the meta quest support sent me in circles. After months of dealing with them I tossed it all. I was not going to buy more games with the chance of losing them.
